Noir - Eps up to 21
Okay, we’re up to ep 21. Things actually started happening along ep 13, picked up like mad around eps 17-20. We finally get an inkling of how messed up Kirika is. We see Mireille angst and angst away. The plot thickens, blah blah… I should just finish this one up so I can check another anime off my list, but I put it off because I am of two minds about this series.
On the one hand, I can’t really be bothered to venture into the next few eps which I can imagine will show Kirika go off with Chloe and then Mireille angst more and then somehow Kirika realizes and Mireille realizes and there’ll be a big shootout and those two finally get together again - too much trouble!
On the other hand, there are some good elements, like the relationship between K and M (which incidentally should have been given a bit more attention, since as it is you get only a wisp of what the two actually mean to each other), which I would like to savour and hold on to, or rather, hold off on consuming just yet, because like any good food it should be eaten a small bite at a time, tasted well, taken slowly.
Or maybe I’m just too lazy :P
Feel more like reading manga. Jyuuni Kokki (Twelve Kingdoms) is also getting a bit interesting.
